Deciding to renovate your home is a significant step. No matter what the scale of the renovation, it can be daunting.

Over 15 years Ros Herbert has successfully designed and managed her own renovation projects in both Adelaide & Melbourne, along with assisting several Adelaide clients.

With an engaging passion for property and an innate flair for seeing the big picture, Ros understands the expectations and desires of her home owners. She can quickly grasp their needs and has a natural ability to think outside the square regarding what can be achieved within the budget.
Ros herself is a demanding client and a perfectionist. Her enthusiasm for property is infectious. She is a warm, purpose driven person with tenacity for achieving great results.

Pricing

45 minute initial consultation – Complimentary

• Ros will visit your home to discuss your ideas regarding transforming your home &/or rooms. She will suggest rough layouts and modifications along with hopefully a few tips on areas for immediate, low cost improvement.

Subsequent hourly rate $175 + GST

(minimum of 1 hour, then charged pro-rata for each 15 minutes thereafter)

• If desired, Ros will be available for a follow up appointment where more specific options can be explored
• Having already undertaken the initial complimentary consultation, Ros will be able to provide her estimate for the time required for this next phase

Larger project and project management fee – fixed fee by negotiation

• You may like to have Ros closely involved throughout the whole project or part thereof. If this is the case, Ros will sit down with you to negotiate a fair and reasonable fixed fee
